Cancellation/No-Show Policy
As many of you know, our business is growing and we are becoming very busy! As exciting as this is, there are many times we are having to turn clients away due to full schedules. With that in mind, we must strictly enforce our cancellation policy from here on out. I know we have been fairly lenient in the past, but we are truly doing this with our client’s best interests at heart. We are trying to accommodate everyone, and cannot do so with last minute cancellations and no-shows.
If you have not already, we strongly encourage you to subscribe to our e-mail and text list so we may help to remind you of your upcoming appointments. Anyone who no-shows or cancels with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged for the full cost of the service. We understand that last minute things do happen. If you’d like to send someone in your place to avoid the charge, please let us know as soon as possible. In order to keep our business operating and our technicians compensated for their lost time, we MUST enforce this policy.
